Prosser Wine Tasting

Monday morning found us in Prosser for more wine tasting. Hogue Cellars was our first stop to taste at one of our favorite wineries. Good wines at affordable prices. Kestrel just down the road has great wines but high prices.

Today our picnic is at one of our favorite picnic spots on the banks of the Yakima river in Prosser.

Yakima River in Prosser

We discovered two new great wineries at Prosser's Vineyard Village - Gamache and Coyote Canyon. Gemache grows its grapes north of Pasco and Coyote Canyon has some of the finest vineyards in Horse Heaven Hills.

A little wiser, after too much tasting on Sunday, we stopped tasting early and headed back to the Winnebago and a little relaxing in the hot tub.
